At Izmo Limited, I manage a team of 6–10 individual contributors as a Senior Graphic Designer (Lead). I set team goals, coach and provide feedback, and manage client upload delivery.
I also create, design, and update the company's visual assets. My work includes consulting with senior leadership on performance and quality priorities, and developing strategies to improve team productivity and customer satisfaction.
Earlier at Izmo Limited, I managed automobile website content, reviewed image metadata and quality, and edited designs based on stakeholder and client feedback. I also created exterior 360 assets for automobile clients.
