I've conducted empirical field research on the impact of agricultural loans on rural development, assessing institutional credit outcomes in rural agrarian markets.

For my MBA capstone, I designed primary surveys, sampled target demographics, and applied Chi-Square, correlation, and multivariable regression models. I translated findings into recommendations for credit policy restructuring, financial inclusion, and lending risk mitigation.

I've also developed an employee management and HR information system to centralize records, automate attendance tracking, and streamline communication workflows.
