I’m an analytically driven professional with experience in data analysis, market research, and performance reporting. In my current role as a Risk management associate, I conduct data-driven risk assessments on online gaming products and client behavior to identify and flag high-risk patterns.

I focus on turning complex data into decisions by monitoring and evaluating financial exposures through transaction data analysis and forecasting losses. I prepare structured risk reports and dashboards for Senior Risk Analysts and department leadership, translating findings into clear, actionable insights using tools like Tableau, Stata, and IBM SPSS alongside Excel and Python.

Previously, I worked as an SEO Specialist, executing off-site SEO strategies (backlink building and guest posting) and evaluating large sets of website data to assess relevance, authority, and business impact. I’ve also supported customers and driven growth as a customer support and Sales specialist by analyzing customer behavior patterns to build retention strategies and maintaining a 95%+ sales target in a subscription-based environment.

Earlier, as a logistics dispatcher, I managed and monitored delivery records and operational data for 20+ monthly shipments while handling inquiries and ensuring data accuracy in logistics documentation. I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor in Business at the American University of Armenia (2022-present), and I’m motivated by working cross-functionally to achieve measurable outcomes with strong interpersonal communication.
