I'm a Women Scientist at Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University, developing topically applied dsRNA for papaya viral immunity. Previously, I held a National Post-Doctoral Fellowship focused on siRNA strategies for Papaya Ring Spot Virus resistance.
My research spans CRISPR/Cas-based tomato nutritional enhancement, plant transformation, transgenic line development, genomics, and proteomics. I've also mentored Master's students and Ph.D. scholars and received the CSIR-NBRI Institutional Best Paper Award.
