What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer-focused role where I can lead quality and operations, ensure compliant documentation and reporting, and improve processes in a safety- and privacy-aware environment with clear deadlines and strong team collaboration.

I’m a customer-focused Quality Assurance / Operations Team Lead and former U.S. Navy quality assurance and operations leader with 10+ years of experience in high-pressure, team-oriented environments. I’m known for accurate documentation, record maintenance, and process compliance that keeps teams and stakeholders aligned.

In my roles, I maintain detailed logs, reports, and checklists to ensure information is recorded accurately and kept up to date. I review technical documentation and work records for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with required standards, and I verify maintenance paperwork while tracking status information for inspections, investigations, and operational reporting.

I lead teams of 6–12 personnel, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and helping ensure work is completed correctly and on schedule. When discrepancies or urgent situations arise, I communicate with personnel and leadership to confirm information, resolve issues, and coordinate timely follow-up across departments.

I also bring strong safety, confidentiality, and data privacy awareness, including serving as a Suicide Prevention Advocate and Sexual Assault Advocate while maintaining confidential support and connecting individuals with appropriate resources. I hold current TABC certification, First Aid/CPR/AED credentials, multiple Coursera credentials (including Technical Support Fundamentals and Data Privacy and Protection), and I’m pursuing a B.S. in Information Systems at The University of Texas at Arlington.
