I’m a proactive Civil Engineer and Consulting Engineer with 10+ years of project management experience, especially within small start-up environments. I’m known for being communicative and collaborative, with a proven history of improving business operations to support corporate growth and revenue.

As a Director and Site Engineer at Neelam Constcruction (Yeola) since 2015, I focus on handling multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy. I bring a hardworking, detail-oriented approach and a strong commitment to teamwork, organization, and continuous improvement.

I’m also driven by learning and adaptability—I’m able to accept new technology very fast and stay result oriented.
