At Actimed Incorporation I recorded daily financial transactions using SAP, performed bank reconciliations, encoded and maintained financial data and reports, and prepared official receipts and financial documentation. I also processed customer BIR Form 2307 information and managed payment communications via email and phone.

My technical toolkit includes SAP Business One, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, QuickBooks (basic), Xero (basic), Zoom, and productivity and communication tools such as ChatGPT and Skype. I pair those tools with strong time management, document and spreadsheet management, and attention to detail.
