What I'm looking for

I'm looking to own research-led product experiences from discovery through delivery, partnering closely with founders, product, and engineering teams to improve conversion, retention, and complex operational workflows.

I've led end-to-end UX for Pluckk's live farm-to-door D2C app, redesigning home, category, cart, checkout, coupons, and wallet experiences to reduce drop-offs and build customer confidence. I also redesigned its Warehouse Management System from zero to one, translating AI-assisted GRN, FEFO allocation, dispatch, and exception flows into practical tools for operations teams.

At NeoFinity, I redesigned key NeoZap fintech entry points and helped increase new-user acquisition by 77%, from 2.94% to 5.23%. I use research, behavior analysis, scalable Figma systems, and AI-assisted iteration to resolve friction across core product flows.

I've also founded ASK Design Studio, led a small design team, and designed the full UX/UI for Qurkle, an AI-powered premium dating app. I start with the person, not the screen—and bring that mindset from discovery through handoff.
