At Secretaria de Inteligência Artificial, Economia Digital, Ciência,Tecnologia e Inovação (SIA), I developed Python pipelines to analyze public contracts, from extraction and cleaning through transformation and aggregation.
I created indicators for contract-term extensions, adjustments, and variations, along with visualizations and automated reports to support oversight. I also applied machine learning to detect patterns and anomalies and predict contract behavior.
At SIA, I worked on backend APIs with Django/DRF and PostgreSQL, following SOLID and using Docker to standardize environments. I’m currently an Analista de dados at Vobys Gestão de Pessoas, and I’m studying Software Engineering at iCEV - Instituto de Ensino Superior.
