I'm responsible for Talent Acquisition at Siemens Limited's Goa Factory, supporting Electrification and Automation within Smart Infrastructure. I lead recruiting from intake and assessment through sourcing, negotiation, candidate engagement, and regional talent mapping.

Previously at IBM India, I led end-to-end technical and non-technical hiring for Maersk and Kyndryl across banking, shipping, and IT. I reduced average time-to-fill from approximately 100 days to 47 days, lowered offer dropouts from 25% to 10%, and maintained 98% CSAT through tailored recruitment solutions.

I've also led an APAC MSP program for Credit Suisse at Allegis Global Solutions, managing an onsite team, suppliers, escalations, SLAs, and a contractor program of 190 people with plans to grow beyond 300.

Across IBM GPS, Convergys, PRO Unlimited Global, and my current work, I've built experience in volume, niche, technical, non-technical, contingent workforce, vendor, and stakeholder management. I use strategic sourcing, market mapping, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS and VMS platforms to build diversified talent pipelines and close critical skill gaps.
