I'm currently building reliable deployment, monitoring, and alerting workflows at Ultimate Kronos Group. I develop Jenkins pipelines, Terraform-based infrastructure automation, and Datadog, Grafana, and Splunk dashboards for actionable operational insights.
I've reduced incident response times by 30% by automating monitoring and alerting with Datadog and Terraform, and improved CI/CD deployment cycles by 40% using GitHub Actions and Jenkins. I also support GCP Linux VMs, GKE deployments, Nginx troubleshooting, incident bridge calls, and cross-functional resolution efforts.
Previously at Rackspace Technology, I managed the Rackspace Email platform, automated infrastructure with Ansible, supported HAProxy and Nginx issues, and worked with Postfix, DNS, MySQL, KVM, and Azure virtual machines.
