At Ascent HR Technologies, I build systems that turn slow, manual HR workflows into reliable automated products. I delivered a RabbitMQ-driven bulk payslip service that generates 13,000 PDFs in under 15 minutes, replacing a process that previously took days or weeks.

I also designed a centralized payroll data warehouse across three disparate systems, using Apache NiFi, Java, Spring Boot, and PostgreSQL to reduce report generation from 20 minutes to under one minute. My work includes production issue resolution, Docker-based CI/CD improvements, technical documentation, and knowledge-transfer sessions.

I'm equally interested in practical AI systems: I engineered SmartQuery, a PII-secure RAG platform that automated 40% of HR queries, and built CookMate with semantic recipe search, multimodal ingredient recognition, and personalized recommendations.
