I’m a MA student in International Relations and Security Studies, and I bring a research-first mindset to understanding global security and diplomatic developments. I’ve done qualitative research that turns complex information into actionable insights for internal policy briefs and strategic reports.
As an Intern at the Vivekananda International Foundation (VIF), I monitored and analyzed daily global security trends and diplomatic developments, providing concise executive summaries to Senior Fellows for real-time briefing needs. I also supported roundtable discussions and seminars by preparing background materials and documenting key takeaways from expert deliberations.

I write travel articles and itineraries, create SEO-friendly blog posts and social media captions, and review/edit website content to keep it accurate, professional, and easy to read.
