At the Indian Council of World Affairs, I research critical information infrastructure, maritime cybersecurity, and digital public infrastructure in the Indian Ocean Region. I also manage quality control and digital layout for public-facing policy papers, and published an analysis of India-Japan cooperation in the shipping sector.
My research has also covered Indo-Pacific security and energy, tribal land rights, and geopolitical risk. At Project Statecraft, I headed the Public Policy division’s editorial pipeline and publication reviews; I’ve also used OSINT to develop threat availability briefs at WorisGo.
