What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build secure, scalable backend systems, especially for healthcare platforms, where I can work on Laravel APIs, database performance, and reliable mobile and web integrations.

At MidasHealth Services, I develop and maintain Laravel-based healthcare applications, including backend services for Bir Hospital, B.P. Koirala Institute of H.S, Mero Doctor, Civil Service Hospital Nepal, and Kathmandu Medical College.

I design RESTful APIs for doctor discovery, appointment booking, payment processing, laboratory report access, medical records, medicine scheduling, authentication, and telemedicine workflows.

I optimize PostgreSQL and MySQL queries, implement reliable database structures, and focus on secure handling of healthcare information, data integrity, and application performance.

I collaborate with frontend and mobile development teams to deliver scalable Laravel integrations for web and mobile healthcare platforms.
