At Onward Homes, I manage delivery of a 5-year rolling Investment Plan aligned with the Asset Management Strategy and regulatory standards. I connect housing stock data, budgets and planned investment to support delivery monitoring.
I use Keystone and MRI Housing to maintain stock data and record component completions. I also work with Regional Capital Delivery Teams to validate maintenance programmes and with the Asset & Data Manager on automated reporting, cost analysis and budget tracking.
At Great Places Housing Group, I provided SQL and Power BI analysis to the Director of Repairs and Performance Planning Manager. My work included monitoring logistics and materials performance and informing asset investigations, surveys and planned works programmes.
Earlier at Great Places, I maintained stock condition data and used Excel-based cost modelling and predictive modelling to guide acquisition and disposal decisions. On an Omdena volunteer project, I contributed to a computer vision shoplifting detection model and led data sampling, imputation and tuning for a credit card fraud detection model.
