At HCL Technologies, I manage enterprise storage and end-to-end backup and recovery with Commvault and Rubrik across mission-critical systems.
I've recovered 100% of critical data during a major outage and Hyper-V cluster failure, meeting RPO/RTO targets. I also upgraded a Commvault appliance hotfix with zero downtime, implemented MFA on the Commvault console, and migrated client servers from VMware to HCI with zero data loss.
Earlier at BHEL, I supported IT operations for 100+ employees, maintained Windows Server reliability, resolved hardware faults, and assisted with NAS storage maintenance. I enjoy solving critical storage and recovery issues while keeping systems reliable and compliant.
