I'm looking to continue supporting enterprise backup, recovery, storage, and monitoring operations where I can improve service visibility, resolve critical incidents, and strengthen disaster recovery readiness.

At Tata Consultancy Services, I support enterprise backup and storage operations across 60+ global sites, 1,000+ servers, and more than 50 Dell Data Domain systems.

I administer Commvault backup operations, troubleshoot failures, coordinate restores, validate recoveries, and support disaster recovery workflows using Live Mount, Live Recovery, 1-Touch Recovery, and VirtualizeMe.

I also manage Dell storage monitoring and troubleshooting, perform SCOM BAU activities, and build Grafana dashboards that improve operational visibility and infrastructure health monitoring.
