On ShopSphere, I designed and deployed a multi-tier AWS architecture with separate web, application, and database layers in a segmented VPC. I configured EC2 Auto Scaling across Availability Zones, Amazon RDS for MySQL with Multi-AZ deployment, and layered security controls.

I also built cloud projects spanning AWS and Azure. I integrated an AWS EC2 instance with Azure Arc for hybrid-cloud management, and designed a multi-region Azure web deployment with Traffic Manager, Application Gateway, and Azure Storage.

My earlier work includes customer support at Amazon, IGT Solutions, and IENERGIZER(ROBLOX), handling customer cases across chat, email, and phone. I hold an Executive PostGraduation in Cloud Computing and DevOps from IIT Roorkee(Intellipaat).
