I use SQL to validate requirements and investigate data issues, and Excel to clean and consolidate information for analysis and stakeholder reporting. I create wireframes and prototypes in Figma to define system functionality.
I facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage the Jira board, defects, and sprint tracking. I also plan and coordinate UAT, document test scenarios, and obtain stakeholder sign-off.
