I’m looking for an execution-focused role where I can build AI-powered operations systems—automation across tools like ClickUp, Notion, and Zoho—while turning messy inputs into clean CRM, invoicing, and SOP-driven workflows.

I’m an AI-powered Operations & Systems Assistant who manages CRM, task workflows, and financial records using tools like Notion, ClickUp, Zoho Books, and QuickBooks Online. I focus on transforming unstructured inputs into clean, organized systems that teams can execute confidently.

I build and validate cross-platform automation workflows—often triggered with a single Claude command—to connect ClickUp tasks, Notion database entries, and Zoho invoicing. My work is execution-focused and detail-oriented, with testing and real-data validation as a core habit.

I also support ops and admin by drafting outreach and posts, preparing pre-meeting briefs and summaries, and creating SOPs to make workflows repeatable and delegation-ready. I thrive with minimal supervision and deliver organized outputs from messy inputs.
