What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a team where I can own end-to-end production AI—LLM/VLM + RAG, inference optimization, and edge-to-cloud deployment. I want strong engineering standards (CI/CD, monitoring) and room to push compression, latency, and cost.

I’m a founding AI/ML engineer who designs, fine-tunes, optimizes, and ships production AI systems end-to-end—from research paper to deployed product. As the sole engineer, I’ve owned model selection, finetuning, inference optimization, serving, and monitoring across 7+ client deployments in manufacturing, automotive, cement, and legal.

I reimplemented an ICLR 2026 KV-cache paper from scratch (~5× compression) and led a 4-engineer team that improved production RAG accuracy 65% → 85%. I build with LoRA/QLoRA, RAG, knowledge distillation and quantization methods, then deploy LLM/VLM/speech across edge, desktop, and cloud with full CI/CD and cost optimization.
