I'm looking to lead network planning and operations, drive 5G/6G and Open RAN evolution, and use automation and analytics to improve KPIs, operational stability, cost efficiency, and revenue growth.

I've architected and operated high-performance telecommunications networks across 2G to 5G/6G, Open RAN, IoT, fiber and microwave transmission, and LOS/nLOS RAN solutions. My experience spans operators and OEMs including Vodafone, AT&T, Reliance, Airtel, Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei, and NEC.

I've led 5G NSA/SA rollout planning to 95% population coverage, delivered LTE swaps across 1,000+ sites with zero defects, and deployed 3,000+ sites in under 18 months for 35M subscribers.

I have managed teams of 150+ personnel and networks of 8,000–10,000 cell sites, maintaining 99.99% BSS availability and improving QoS by 20–25%.

I build practical automation for network planning and operations, including QGIS/Python RF planning tools, automated KPI reporting, and a Telecom Network Intelligence Suite spanning RAN, transmission, core, and DCN. I bring technical depth, business acumen, and hands-on operational leadership to network evolution, cost optimization, and reliable delivery.
