At SmartBridge, I completed a virtual internship focused on ServiceNow platform fundamentals and administration. I learned about ServiceNow Flows, Reports, and the Automated Test Framework, and prepared for the Certified System Administrator exam.

I developed the Nursery Plant App, a web application for browsing and purchasing plants, with plant-care information and identification features. I created the interface with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and used MySQL to manage application data.

I also contributed to an AI-powered review sentiment analysis and insights dashboard, classifying customer reviews as positive, negative, or neutral. I’m interested in Service Desk and Technical Support roles and want to develop hands-on experience in troubleshooting, IT support, and IT service management.
