I've supported highly available AWS infrastructure and production operations at Opstree Solution, using Terraform to create repeatable, version-controlled environments.

I design Jenkins CI/CD pipelines, containerize applications with Docker, and support Kubernetes orchestration across development, staging, and production. I also implement IAM least privilege, security group hardening, and monitoring with CloudWatch, New Relic, Prometheus, and Grafana.

I've owned incident detection, triage, escalation, and resolution, maintaining sub-five-minute MTTA and helping reduce MTTR through structured response and engineering coordination. On tiket.com monitoring work, I built CloudWatch alerts and Grafana dashboards to improve observability and SLA-focused recovery.
