At Factory39, I led engineering for Balabook, its cloud-based accounting platform for Cypriot SMEs. I managed a team of 7 engineers and handled sprint planning, task breakdown, and delivery.

At Factory39, I also developed backend features in Java and Spring Boot for a complex legacy system serving a major client in the global shipping industry. I worked with SQL and NoSQL datastores and releases shipped through a Jenkins CI/CD pipeline.

Before that, I built full-stack features for the same client across React, Node.js, Java, and Spring Boot. The system's releases shipped automatically to production, with reliability important to global shipping operations.

I built Clippidy from the ground up, a platform that helps couples collect wedding guests' photos and videos. I handled product development from architecture through feature delivery, and also worked on go-to-market efforts and business operations.
