I've built React and TypeScript products at Rostelecom, including Omnichat, a customer messaging platform handling around 300K requests per day.

I created Omnichat's frontend from scratch—user portal, interaction history, analytics, routing, and quick replies—contributing to a 40% reduction in request handling time and a 92% service level.

I also built sales and support tools: a proposal configurator with pricing and business-rule validation, a product catalog used across 290 workstations, and internal technical-support interfaces.

Previously at Orion Innovation, I developed CRM and call-center modules spanning sales pipelines, financial dashboards, telephony events, ticket management, SLA monitoring, and automated testing with React Testing Library and Cypress.
