What I'm looking for

I’m looking for fully remote finance operations work in an EU time zone, where I can support accurate, timely payments and improve recurring reconciliation and review processes.

At RTK Health Laboratory LLC (Rostelecom Group), I reconciled accounts receivable and incoming payments across 25+ corporate counterparties. I matched 60+ contracts, delivery acts, and payment documents against accounting records, tracing discrepancies to their source.

I built a reusable reconciliation file for the counterparty portfolio and contributed to closing confirmed variances with the finance team. My work included segmenting balances by ageing and settlement status.

At Salym Petroleum Development LLC, I supported payment operations during the month-end close by reviewing 700+ SAP postings against contracts, budgets, and supporting documents. I also investigated cost-allocation variances and prepared analysis for the monthly management performance review.

I've also tracked deposits, withdrawals, and transfers across exchanges and wallets in crypto trading operations, working with USDT and other stablecoins. I turn repeated checks into reusable files and Python tools, including a transaction reconciliation tool that classifies breaks by root cause.
