In my current role as a Medical Billing Specialist at Credit Balance & Payment Posting (Connect International | University of Pennsylvania Medical Center), I handle 40 claims daily while meeting productivity and accuracy targets. I reduced resolution accounts AHT time by identifying provider denial trends, and I manage credit balance accounts to ensure accurate payment posting.

I also specialize in end-to-end follow-up work: resolving COB cases, reviewing payer correspondence, and submitting reconsiderations and appeals on web portals such as Availity, Conex, One-Source, and Navinet. Previously, I supported insurance eligibility calls and follow-up to denied claims, transitioned from registration (Tebra) into full RCM responsibilities, and served as a UnitedHealthcare (UHC) Eligibility Team Lead—supporting prior authorization workflows, PDP plan management, complex cases, and escalations.
