I’m an IT Support Specialist with hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, delivering reliable technical support in fast-paced environments. I bring a strong foundation in IT systems, user account management, and incident resolution, with a growing focus on cybersecurity operations, log analysis, and threat detection.

My approach centers on identifying, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues while maintaining service continuity and security best practices. I focus on root cause analysis and risk assessment to keep systems stable, secure, and dependable for users and teams.

To move deeper into SOC work, I’ve built and maintained virtual security lab environments using VirtualBox, Windows, and Kali Linux. I conduct network discovery, enumeration, and vulnerability assessments with Nmap, and I practice log analysis, threat investigation, and incident response scenarios through hands-on labs.

I’ve also completed cybersecurity exercises on TryHackMe and Hack The Box, and explored OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities including SQL Injection, Cross-Site Scripting (XSS), and Access Control weaknesses. I’m committed to transitioning into Security Operations Center (SOC) roles by building expertise in monitoring, incident response, and security tools such as SIEM platforms.
