At Paycom, I build and enhance My Analytics, HR & Audit Reports, and mobile View Analytics for HCM users. I lead the React engineering effort for View Analytics and maintain core Effective Dating Engine capabilities supporting point-in-time reporting and workforce analytics.
I architected a cache-aside precomputation layer for products dependent on long-running ETL calculations, then redesigned the Employee Changes Report around it to reduce rendering time from more than five minutes to less than ten seconds. I also coordinate cross-module analytics widgets used by more than 1 million active client administrators and help scale products for clients across 190+ countries.
Previously, I built a PHP and JavaScript B2B Imposition Simulator at North Mart and contributed to international website communications. I value clean code, BDD, thorough testing, and mentoring teammates through documentation, shadowing, and code reviews.
