I document conditions and treatment details, follow safety and treatment procedures, and explain findings and corrective actions to clients.
At Medtronic Diabetes, I reviewed Minimed Insulin Pump failures, investigated root causes using documentation, and prepared disposition analyses in Word and Excel. My earlier work included processing clinical specimens at Quest Diagnostic and testing electronic and medical-device products.
