At Circana, I lead the Data Management function for a developing receipt-harvesting business, producing more than 60 client data sets through Hadoop, Snowflake, and Alteryx ETL processes.
I coordinate production and enhancements across Product, Operations, and Engineering, translating product requests into technical guidance, feasibility assessments, prioritization, documentation, and user stories. I also work with external data vendors and help internal teams understand data sets through documentation, data-flow diagrams, and training.
I've reduced delivery time from 32 days to 18 days by improving processing, standardizing manual work, and reducing handoffs. I also introduced preventative quality checks that detect and correct errors before client delivery.
Previously at The NPD Group, I led consumer data collection infrastructure, system upgrades, hardware migrations, survey and application development, quality assurance, and panel-system operations while managing in-house and offshore technical teams.
