At StellaXafe, I design and ship AI systems from architecture and data models through integrations, interfaces, and deployment. I built Amara, a hospitality CRM that gives managers instant WhatsApp alerts about unhappy guests and automates guest messages, payments, and partner payouts.
I also built the StellaXafe Platform, a company-scoped AI product with a multi-agent pipeline for creating files and a WhatsApp support agent that escalates unanswered questions to a human. I started XALOM in 2024 and now lead it on my own; it gives sellers a trust record that grows with closed deals and honest reviews.
