At Eastway, I modernized infrastructure across 13 offices using Sophos, Dell, HP, Meraki, and VMware. I led a full O365 implementation with MFA and migrated live data to SharePoint with zero downtime.
I built new Helpdesk, Maintenance, and Scheduling systems using Microsoft Copilot, reducing operational costs. I also directed IT staff, project timelines, security posture, and long-term technology strategy.
