I am a Microbiology graduate turned data annotator, AI analyst, and project manager with over two years' experience in data annotation for machine learning, image recognition, and NLP. I am passionate about continuous learning and improving AI model performance through precise labeling.

At Hugo Technologies I focus on accurate data labeling, quality assurance, and dataset management, earning a three-time staff award for perfect None Handling Time (NHT), accuracy, and occupancy. I have annotated hundreds of thousands of images and led complex projects involving bounding boxes, 3D meshes, masking, and adversarial prompt testing.

As a freelance project manager and tutor, I scope projects, onboard and train annotators, monitor KPIs, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet delivery milestones. I am building AI automation and project management skills to support decision-making and scalable data operations.
