I'm looking to apply my FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling experience to help leadership improve resource allocation, performance visibility, and long-term planning in a collaborative remote or cross-functional environment.

At the City of West Haven, I lead planning and budget execution for a $186M operating budget, developing forecasts, scenario analyses, and executive reporting that align resources with strategic priorities. I accelerated forecasting from quarterly to monthly reporting and centralized expense tracking across seven vendors.

I've supported finance operations across Enterprise Payroll & Finance Operations, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and the U.S. Navy, managing budgeting, reconciliations, reporting, audit support, and workforce expense forecasting. My work has improved reconciliation accuracy by 22%, reduced monthly close by three days, and supported operating budgets up to $82M quarterly.
