My career began in 1992 at Ninham Shand Consulting Engineers, where I honed my skills in drawing board tracing and draughting. I transitioned to using advanced systems like the Geographical Design Systems, gaining expertise in survey plans and triangulated grids. My dedication to the field led me to become a registered GISc Technician with the South African Geomatics Council in 2006.
Throughout my career, I have worked with various esteemed organizations, including JG Afrika, where I served as a Senior GIS Technician and CAD Draughtsperson. I have been responsible for producing high-quality AutoCAD and GIS drawings for municipal projects, managing geospatial databases, and integrating GIS with AutoCAD. In 2017, I founded my own company, LizardCAD Freelance CAD Services, where I continue to provide exceptional GIS and CAD services to clients across South Africa and the UK.
