What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a fast-paced, people-first role where I can lead a team, deliver high-quality service, and stay organized and proactive. I want opportunities to mentor others, solve problems, and grow within a supportive environment.

I am an energetic, outgoing, and dedicated professional with over 5 years of experience in customer service and team leadership. I thrive in fast-paced environments where I use my strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities to deliver exceptional results.

Since May 2023, I have served as a Team Leader/Supervisor at ABC Fine Wine & Spirits, helping guests with product selection and personalized recommendations. I maintain extensive knowledge of wine, spirits, and beer, manage inventory by restocking and conducting counts, and process transactions efficiently while upholding company policies.

Before that, I built a solid foundation in education and childcare as a Lead Two-Year-Old Teacher and Assistant VPK Teacher at Crest Peak Learning Center. I plan age-appropriate lesson plans, create a safe and nurturing classroom environment, establish daily routines, and monitor developmental milestones—while maintaining clear, professional communication with parents and ensuring compliance with state regulations.
