What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build scalable full-stack products, lead engineering delivery, and improve application performance through modern React, Node.js, cloud, and AI-assisted development practices.

At Saksoft, I've delivered full-stack web applications for Honeywell, Cyncly, and Augmento using ReactJS, NodeJS, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL.

For Cyncly's RFMS NEXT, I architected a Webpack Module Federation microfrontend system across 6+ independent applications, reducing inter-team release dependencies by 70%. I also built a shared UI library that eliminated 40% of redundant UI code and improved initial bundle size by 30% through quality standards, lazy loading, and code splitting.

For Augmento, I developed a recruitment automation platform with real-time candidate tracking, resume filtering, interview scheduling, SSO, 2FA, and role-based access control. The dashboard improved process visibility by 40% and reduced manual tracking by 50%.

For Honeywell's Forge Data Unity, I've built NodeJS service layers, PostgreSQL schemas, GraphQL-powered React dashboards, feature flags, and Azure deployment pipelines. I've also led 8 engineers through Agile planning, code reviews, and six major production releases.
