Through KICT's AI/ML training program, I cleaned and explored data, created visualizations, and built machine learning models using Python, SQL, Pandas, Seaborn, Scikit-learn, Power BI, and Excel. My projects include customer churn prediction and a sales data analysis dashboard that turns raw business data into actionable insights.
Previously, I spent over 2.5 years at eClinicalWorks troubleshooting healthcare EHR systems, analyzing application logs and SQL data, and investigating root causes across workflows, configurations, integrations, and backend behavior.
