I built a Smart IT Helpdesk Assistant in Python using LangGraph, Mistral, and Pinecone. It routes support questions, checks retrieved evidence, and falls back to web search when the private knowledge base isn’t sufficient.
As an ML-Intern at Lifetech Software, I built a content-based movie recommendation system using the TMDB dataset and achieved 80–88% relevance in user similarity search testing. I’ve also developed predictive analytics projects, including a booking prediction model with a REST API and Docker, and a credit risk analysis using a 100,000-record financial dataset.
