At Ostec Group, I reworked concurrent service-request assignment in Go and PostgreSQL, bringing assignment conflicts down from 8–12 per month to zero over the following three months.
I moved notifications and external synchronization off the request path using NATS JetStream, a transactional outbox, and idempotent consumers. Request-creation API p95 latency fell from 850 ms to 280 ms, and redelivered events no longer triggered duplicate actions.
At Digital Medical Operations, I developed Go REST endpoints for clinic search and appointments, and improved PostgreSQL search p95 latency from approximately 900 ms to 320 ms. Outside commercial work, I develop independent Go projects focused on durable workflows, fault recovery, and blockchain infrastructure, including LenoirDesk, Transaction-Orchestrator, and ReorgGuard.
