The focus of this master thesis was on distinct kinds of solitary wave solutions for the fractional generalized Duffing model and fractional diffusion reaction model with novel truncated M-fractional derivative. I also studied some special cases of the fractional generalized Duffing model. The obtained results can be used in describing these models in a better way.

My thesis involved navigating the intersection of two rare diseases PBC and AIH datasets sourced from the European Registry Network. Through meticulous data exploration and advanced analytics, I aimed to uncover hidden patterns, biomarkers, and potential therapeutic avenues. My involvement in the European Registry Network project provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the challenges and
