At Home Credit Vietnam, I use SQL for data extraction, analysis, and campaign targeting. I build dashboards in Power BI and Looker Studio to monitor campaign performance and managed offer and limit lifecycles.
I design and execute campaigns on SAS CI 360, SAS RTDM, and SAS CM, and support real-time data processing with Kafka. I also translate stakeholder requirements into Function Structure Diagrams and coordinate UAT through system deployment.
At ROSEN, I extracted, cleaned, and analyzed datasets with SQL to support data-driven decisions. I prepared reports and visualizations on defect trends, tool performance, and inspection quality for internal and client presentations.
For my End-to-End E-commerce Analytics Pipeline project, I built a dbt star-schema warehouse on BigQuery with automated data quality tests and CI checks, orchestrated with Airflow. I defined documented KPIs and delivered a Power BI dashboard with recommendations on returns and delivery performance.
