I’m an MSc Crisis & Security Management graduate with a strong interest in risk, governance, and security in complex environments. I’m experienced in analysing risks, conducting stakeholder-based research, and translating complex information into structured recommendations. I also aim to contribute to organisational resilience and safer environments for everyone.
Through my studies at the University of Leiden, I built a foundation in crisis communication, threat analysis, and managing and coordinating crisis response, including infrastructure disruptions and countering violent extremism. I’m comfortable working with complex, fast-moving topics and turning them into practical, decision-ready outputs.
In my experience, I’ve combined research and delivery: as a student consultant at Gemeente Rotterdam, I interviewed stakeholders, performed qualitative analysis, and presented findings and recommendations for implementing a leadership strategy. Earlier, I supported report writing and policy review as an intern in an environmental conservation and protection organisation, and I managed front-desk operations in a high-volume international hotel environment—responding to concerns, coordinating internally, and maintaining service standards under pressure.
