What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue providing patient-centered, evidence-based nursing care while supporting efficient clinic operations, staff development, quality and safety initiatives, and a collaborative team environment.

I lead ambulatory nursing care at UW Health's OB/GYN Clinic, coordinating triage, patient care, and daily clinic operations.

I support nurses with telephone, MyChart, and in-person triage; laboratory follow-up; medication needs; and urgent patient situations. I collaborate with patients, families, providers, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered, evidence-based care.

Before becoming an RN Ambulatory Lead, I provided OB/GYN nursing care at UW Health and labor and delivery care at UnityPoint Meriter. I monitored maternal and fetal conditions, supported birthing preferences, responded to emergencies, and educated patients and families.

I also spent four years caring for transplant and medically complex patients at UW Hospital, including pre- and post-operative transplant care. I bring experience in staff mentoring, delegation, quality improvement, patient safety, Epic, and care coordination.
