What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead complex data, AI, cloud, or software-delivery initiatives where I can work closely with international clients and technical teams, shape products from scope to deployment, and build practical solutions with measurable user value.

At Accenture Advanced Technology Center, I lead international software teams delivering and maintaining data-oriented applications in Scrum. I manage delivery from requirements and roadmaps through testing, UAT, Azure deployment, and ongoing service maintenance.

I work directly with international clients to clarify needs, negotiate priorities, manage risks and escalations, and keep delivery aligned with estimates and SLAs. I also created ExplainMe, an AI/LLM solution that turns formal documents into easy-to-read content.

At DOCTA Foundation, I originated and manage PhotoCoin, an accessible mobile application that uses a neural network to recognize coins and banknotes for people with intellectual disability. I lead it from product concept and funding acquisition through team organization and technology delivery.

My background spans EU-funded and public-sector IT projects, database and decision-support system design, data integration, SQL Server reporting, and teaching database design, Business Intelligence, and data mining at Warsaw University of Technology.
