I'm CTO and co-founder of Vibrium, where I built and scaled an enterprise conversational and agentic AI platform processing approximately 500,000 calls per day.

I lead architecture across AI, backend services, realtime voice, cloud infrastructure, reliability and security. I build production voice AI with LLMs, STT/TTS, telephony, WhatsApp, workflow execution and enterprise integrations, while working directly with customers to resolve real-world production problems.

Previously at Microsoft, I delivered high-scale OneDrive and SharePoint systems, including services handling approximately 2 billion requests per day and experiences serving approximately 400 million users. I also built data-integrity capabilities across approximately 1 billion files and improved key API latency by approximately 40%.
