At KATIM, I lead quality end to end for two secure enterprise products across web, iOS and Android. I built a Python automation framework with Pytest, Playwright and Appium, and test digital signature flows from signing through failed or cancelled attempts.

At LMNTO Performance, I tested crypto trading and e-commerce products, checking trade flows across backend services with Postman and SQL. I added an AI-assisted Playwright suite that reduced manual regression effort by 37%.

At du Telecom, I led a team of seven QA engineers and designed a Java/TestNG framework covering web, mobile and backend. I also tested UAE PASS integration and onboarding, KYC, billing and payment journeys.
